Arran Heli-Tours is a Scenic Helicopter Tour and Charter service based at the Balmichael Visitor Centre, Shiskine, on the Isle of Arran.

We operate a Robinson R44 helicopter. The R44 is a four-seat machine (3 passengers) with a maximum take-off weight of 2400lbs. It is driven by a six-cylinder, horizontally opposed Lycoming piston engine. The cruising speed of the helicopter is around 125mph. The R44 can travel from Arran to Aberdeen or Liverpool in 1.5 hours with four people on board.
